01Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you fill out a contact form, request a free claim review, send us an email, or send us a text or call, you may provide us with:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The address of the property involved in your claim
- The type and circumstances of the property damage
- Any additional information you choose to share with us about your loss or your insurance policy
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location (city level), and pages visited. This information is used to maintain the security and performance of the site and to understand how visitors find us. It is not used to identify you personally. See Sections 4 and 5 for details.
02How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide a free claim review
- Communicate with you about a potential or active engagement
- If you choose to retain us, document and pursue your claim with your insurance carrier
- Understand which of our advertising (such as door hangers, mailers, and online ads) brings visitors to the site, in aggregate
- Comply with applicable law, including Illinois insurance regulations
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or marketing campaigns.
04Analytics & Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files stored by your browser, such as _ga) to collect:
- Pages visited and time spent on the site
- Device, browser, and operating system type
- Approximate location (city or region level, never your exact address)
- How you arrived at the site, including campaign tags on links from our own advertising such as QR codes on door hangers and business cards, and online ads

The site works normally with analytics blocked. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or remarketing pixels on this site. If we add other analytics or advertising tools in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect that change.
05Website Hosting & Forms
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like most hosting providers, Netlify may log basic technical information (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability purposes.
When you submit a form on this site, your submission is processed by Netlify Forms: it is transmitted to and briefly stored by Netlify, then delivered to us by email.

06Data Retention
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed Illinois public adjuster. Claim files for active and past clients are retained per Illinois Department of Insurance recordkeeping requirements.

You may contact us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the information we have about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete information that is no longer needed for an active claim or required by law
- Opt out of any future communications
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
08Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, and this site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
