This Site is an informational website for GRJ Public Adjusters Inc., an Illinois licensed public adjusting firm (Lic. #3002993691). It describes our services, allows you to contact us, and provides general information about public adjusting and the insurance claim process.

03No Public Adjuster Relationship Without a Signed Agreement

Visiting this Site, sending an inquiry, calling, texting, or emailing us does not by itself create a public adjuster-client relationship. Under Illinois law, a public adjuster may only represent a policyholder pursuant to a signed written contract. Until you and GRJ have signed a public adjuster contract, no representation has begun and we do not act on your behalf with any insurance carrier.

04Free Claim Review

We offer a free, no-obligation claim review to prospective clients. The free review is informational only and does not constitute legal or tax advice. After the review, you are free to choose whether to retain GRJ.

05Fees and Compensation

If you retain GRJ, our fees are paid on a contingency basis as set forth in the signed public adjuster contract you receive. Under Illinois law, public adjuster fees on personal residences are capped at 10% of the insurance settlement. Fees, payment timing, and cancellation rights are governed entirely by the signed contract, which controls in the event of any conflict with information on this Site.

06No Guarantee of Outcome

Insurance claims involve facts, policy language, carrier behavior, and other factors that cannot be predicted with certainty. We do not guarantee any specific settlement amount, timeline, or outcome. Any examples or descriptions of past claim work are for illustration only and do not guarantee similar results in your matter.

07Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, security, or other users
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Site for unauthorized purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity, including GRJ or its representatives

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, the GRJ shield mark, photographs, and code, is owned by GRJ Public Adjusters Inc. or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. 10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRJ Public Adjusters Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of or related to this Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to claims under signed engagement agreements, which are governed by their own terms.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GRJ Public Adjusters Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of this Site or violation of these Terms.

12Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rock Island County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
